Where can I update my personal information (e.g., home address, e-mail or change my password)?
Log into MyChart and from the left menu, go to the Preferences section and select the appropriate option.
When can I see my test results in MyChart?
Your test results are released to your MyChart account after your physician has reviewed them.
Why are certain test results not shared electronically via MyChart?
Your provider is able to determine which types of test results are able to be accessed through MyChart. Further, tests of a very sensitive nature are not released to MyChart.
Is MyChart secure?
Fairchild Medical Center takes great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Unlike conventional email, all MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged in to MyChart.
Can I view an adult family member's health record in MyChart?
Yes. Proxy access allows A person granted proxy access the ability to log into their personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding their family member.
Within your MyChart account, go to Share My Record. From here, you can grant proxy to another adult, another hospital or provider, and 3rd party applications. The proxy form sends an email invitation to the person selected to become proxy. It includes a disclaimer that takes the place of a signed Proxy Consent.
I have two or more MyChart accounts. Can I link them together?
MyChart accounts can be linked so you can see all your information in one view. We call this Happy Together. You will need to have a MyChart account activated for each organization you would like to see.
How can I tell where my information came from when I use Happy Together?
An ‘e’ icon appears next to information from another healthcare organization to help you understand where information is coming from. Hover over this icon (or, if you’re using your phone, touch and hold) to see more details.
My health information in MyChart is not correct. What should I do?
The information in MyChart comes directly from your healthcare providers. Please call contact (530) 841-4121 and ask for medical records to request a correction to your chart.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
You may contact our MyChart Patient
Support Line at 1-833-395-2035 to request a new, secure password. You may also click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password online.
If I send a message to my doctor or nurse, when can I expect a reply?
You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note thatMyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your Fairchild provider if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency.
