Yreka Ace “Round-Up” Campaign Raises $1,500 for FMC Expansion Project

During the month of May 2026, Yreka Ace Hardware successfully hosted its “Round-Up” campaign, rallying community support for the Fairchild Medical Center (FMC) Expansion Project. The initiative invited customers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar at checkout, with the spare change donated directly toward the expansion effort.

Throughout the month, residents and visitors alike embraced the opportunity to contribute in small but meaningful ways. The collective generosity of the community resulted in an impressive total of $1,500 raised, demonstrating the strong local commitment to improving local healthcare.

The funds will support FMC’s ongoing expansion project, which aims to enhance patient care services, increase capacity, and provide updated medical resources for Siskiyou County. Campaign organizers and Yreka Ace staff expressed their gratitude for the enthusiastic participation, noting that every transaction—no matter how small—helped make a difference.

The success of the Round-Up campaign highlights the power of community-driven fundraising. By turning everyday purchases into charitable contributions, Yreka Ace and its customers have once again shown how local partnerships can play a vital role in advancing important projects that benefit the entire community.
