Dr. Starcher grew up in El Salvador. After completing medical school, she moved to the USA and completed her medical residency in Pediatrics. She is committed to providing comprehensive, family-centered care for infants, children, and adolescents. She served as Chief Resident during pediatric residency, demonstrating leadership in clinical care, resident education, and program development. As a Spanish-speaking pediatrician, she can communicate directly with Spanish-speaking patients and families, helping foster trust, understanding, and culturally responsive care. With a focus on preventive health, growth and development, acute and chronic illness management, behavioral health, and adolescent medicine. Dr Starcher takes an individualized approach to each patient and works closely with families to understand their concerns and develop thoughtful treatment plans.

Outside the office, Dr. Starcher enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and traveling. She values spending time exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and making memories with family and friends.
