Fairchild Medical Center’s Department of Rehabilitation Services is the only setting in northern Siskiyou County that provides multi-disciplinary physical, occupational and speech therapies.
We have two outpatient locations to service rehabilitation needs.
Rehabilitation Main Campus is located in the Raley’s complex next to the DMV.
Rehabilitation North Campus is located at the north end of town near the railroad tracks.
Services are provided in both inpatient and outpatient settings and include a thorough, individualized evaluation identifying areas for improvement and a personalized set of goals to achieve a full return of function.
All treatments are performed by therapists licensed by the state of California in a one-on-one setting. Services available include:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Sports rehabilitation
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Wound care
- Hand therapy
- Orthotic/prosthetic fabrication & training
- Speech and swallowing therapy
- Pediatric and adult occupational therapy
