Dr. Eastman has provided the highest quality of general orthopedic care to his patients since coming to Yreka in 1983. While he has a broad skill set honored over thousands of surgeries, warmhearted and friendly care has been his career’s hallmark as he considers all patients his friends. Dr. Eastman seeks to serve patients compassionately and with a humility that comes from crediting his creator as the ultimate physician.
After growing up in the Washington D.C. area, he moved west, ending up in Yreka. His family has a long history in medicine across many specialties that continue to this day. He hast traveled widely and brings a unique perspective on medicine. He has been highly active in the community, church, and hospital: successful building and continuing support of the YMCA has been one of his greatest Siskiyou community passions. Married to his high school sweetheart, Valerie, for going on 53 years, he has three children and four grandchildren whom he adores. His many hobbies over the years include flying, tennis, fishing, and all manners of outdoor sports.
