Fairchild Medical Center Receives CalAIM “Make a Difference” Award from Partnership HealthPlan of California
Fairchild Medical Center recognized for outstanding contributions to California’s health care transformation initiative, particularly for efforts around Enhanced Care Management.
[Redding, CA 06/17/2025] – Fairchild Medical Center has been selected as a recipient of the CalAIM “Make a Difference” Award from Partnership HealthPlan of California, earning recognition for exceptional leadership in advancing California’s groundbreaking CalAIM program. The organization was recognized for its innovative approach to creating more integrated, community-focused healthcare solutions.
Fairchild Medical Center was among 16 organizations honored at ceremonies held in Fairfield and Redding in June 2025, celebrating partners who have demonstrated remarkable dedication to transforming healthcare delivery across Partnership’s 24-county service region.
