Progress continues on the Fairchild Medical Center Expansion Project as construction advances into the next phase. The first concrete slab pour has been successfully completed, with the second slab pour anticipated in the coming weeks, contingent upon weather conditions. 

All underground plumbing and electrical infrastructure work has been completed, representing a significant milestone in the project’s development. Structural steel deliveries are scheduled to take place during the Christmas week, followed by the delivery of the crane just prior to the New Year. This will allow construction crews to begin erecting the building structure shortly thereafter.
