Dr. Epstein has practiced in northern California and southern Oregon since 1983. His practice encompasses all aspects of general ophthalmology. He is dedicated to achieving ocular health in his patients, both with prevention and treatment.
Personal
Dr. Epstein has traveled extensively providing free eye care. This includes cataract surgery in Nepal, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, New Guinea, Cambodia, St. Kitts and most recently multiple clinics in the Lakota Sioux Rosebud Reservation. He and his wife Sarah live in a net zero energy home near Ashland. Their progressive forestry practices earned them the title of Tree Farmer of the Year for the state of Oregon. Their daughter and two grown sons live in Oregon.
