Dr. Bleazard is focused on providing thorough and accurate diagnosis using CT, MRI, Ultrasound and X-ray imaging. He grew up on a farm in eastern Washington. After graduating, he received his Bachelor of Science degree and then attended medical school at USC in Los Angeles. He moved back to the Northwest and did a five-year residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the respected Oregon Health and Sciences University. Subsequently, he entered military service and served four years as an active-duty military doctor in the Air Force, including a tour of duty in the Middle East. His family moved to Mt Shasta in 2013. He has been providing radiology interpretation services at FMC since that time.
After completing military service, Dr. Bleazard moved to south Siskiyou County and joined the radiology group providing imaging services at FMC. When not working, Dr. Bleazard enjoys time with his wife and four children. He loves being outdoors and enjoys snow biking, mountain biking, hiking and traveling.
