Presented by the Fairchild Medical Center Foundation, the Footprints to the Future program provides an opportunity for parents, grandparents or family members to obtain a personal piece of their infant’s history to be forever located in Siskiyou County.
Your baby need not have been born in Fairchild Medical Center to participate in this program.
Satin silver medallions will be engraved with the baby’s footprint along with the name and birth date of the newborn.
One medallion will be permanently placed on a special recognition wall in the hospital and one medallion will be sent home.
You are invited to participate in the program by providing a copy of a footprint of the baby you wish to recognize along with the name, birth date and sex. Footprints may be copied from a birth certificate, baby book or medical chart.
These recognition footprints will remain in
perpetuity.
Your donation gives children and adults an opportunity to return to their birthplace and find a personal piece of their history still remaining.
