Fairchild Medical Center Welcomes First Baby of 2026

Fairchild Medical Center is delighted to begin the New Year with a moment of joy and celebration as we welcome our first baby of 2026. The New Year rang in with the arrival of Hector Angelo Sanchez, who was born on January 1, 2026, at 12:14 p.m. at Fairchild Medical Center.

Hector entered the world weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces and measuring 20 inches long, marking a truly special start to the year for both his family and the Fairchild Medical Center care team. His arrival was met with smiles and excitement throughout the hospital, symbolizing new beginnings and the promise that comes with a fresh year.

Proud parents Marina and Garrett Sanchez shared their joy following Hector’s birth, saying, “Overjoyed for our New Year’s gift!
