CHANGES WE'VE MADE
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our team at Fairchild Medical Center has made several changes you will notice when visiting our facilities. We remain committed to caring for our community and to keeping you safe while you're in our hospital and clinics.
- Increased frequency of cleaning of common spaces and surfaces.
- Required medical screening, including temperature check, for all persons entering our facilities.
- Required cloth face coverings or masks for all persons inside of our facilities.
- Visitor Restrictions put in place to limit persons inside of our facilities.
- Increased space between seating in waiting rooms and lobbies.
- Ridgely Cafe (hospital cafeteria) accessible only to hospital team members.
- Auxiliary Gift Shop accessible only to hospital team members and patients with same-day visits. Only one-person allowed at a time.
EMPLOYEE, PROVIDER & CONTRACTOR TESTING
IN MAY OF 2020, FAIRCHILD MEDICAL CENTER COMPLETED TESTING for all employees, providers, contracted staff, and has offered testing to all local healthcare workers AND ESSENTIAL WORKERS.
AT FAIRCHILD MEDICAL CENTER OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES OF EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY TO ALL WHO NEED US.
Fairchild Medical Center provides free health information to our community through a program called Advice Nurse.
